Description
Cook up some tuna with your own homemade barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
| 3 | cn | tuna |
| 3 | t | chili powder |
| 1⁄4 | c | chopped onions |
| 1⁄4 | c | chopped bell pepper |
| 3 | pk | sugar substitute |
| 2 | T | vinegar |
| 2 | T | mustard |
| 1⁄2 | c | ketchup |
| 1 | pn | season salt or cajun season |
Instructions
Rinse the Tuna with cold water, drain and mash the water out with a fork...
Put all ingredients in an iron frying pan and cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until mixture is a little dry. Add a little seasoning salt or Cajun seasoning while cooking.
Notes
Serve on toasted bread or a bun with lettuce and tomato.
